What is Enerlytix?
Enerlytix helps sites monitor, analyse and improve energy use and environmental conditions. We deploy small metering and sensor devices and present the data on a clear dashboard called Enerlytix-Scout — uncovering waste in buildings, utilities and machines. All sensors integrate into one platform, meaning energy, cold chain, air quality and more can be monitored from one place.
Do you supply and install the equipment?
Yes — we specify, supply and install all equipment based on your requirements. This includes commissioning the devices and configuring them to your custom Enerlytix-Scout dashboard. We handle everything from site survey through to go-live.
How much does it cost?
Hardware, installation and full system setup is priced per monitoring point — CT Clamp monitoring points from £199, Power Hub monitoring points from £899. Each price includes the hardware, on-site installation, LoRaWAN network setup, back-end configuration and your custom Enerlytix-Scout dashboard. Software is charged per connected device at less then £1 per device per day.
What's included in the software subscription?
Your subscription includes:
- Hosting of your Enerlytix-Scout dashboards
- Secure data ingest and storage
- Alerting via email and SMS
- Firmware and security updates for managed hardware
- Unlimited user accounts
- Remote support
What is the minimum number of machines?
We require a minimum of 4 monitoring points per site. Not sure if your site qualifies? Get in touch and we'll let you know straight away.
What current ratings can you monitor?
Our CT clamps can monitor up to 4,000A, covering everything from small single-phase machines to large three-phase industrial equipment. We can also mix CT Clamp and Power Hub devices on the same site — giving you the right level of measurement for each machine or circuit.
What if we don't have Wi-Fi where the panel is?
No problem — we don't use your Wi-Fi at all. Our devices connect via LoRaWAN to a local gateway, which uses a mobile data connection to send data securely to the cloud. This means no IT involvement, no network access and no security risk to your systems.
Do you work nationwide?
Yes — we cover the whole of the UK. Whether you're in Scotland, England or Wales, we can survey, install and support your site. We also support multi-site organisations, giving you one unified dashboard across all locations.
What compliance standards do you support?
Our platform supports evidence gathering and reporting for ISO 50001, ESOS (Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme), SECR (Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting) and Scotland's Section 63. We provide timestamped data exports and automated reports to support your audit trail.
What's the typical onboarding process?

Are there any contracts or minimum terms?
There are no long-term contracts. Software is billed annually and you are free to cancel at the end of each year. Hardware and installation is a one-off cost with no ongoing commitment beyond the annual software subscription.
